- All posters and canvases are created, resized, and printed specifically for each order, so WE DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges.
However, if your posters or canvases arrive damaged, we will happily replace them. Please provide a photo of the damaged items for verification.
- Posters are sold WITHOUT frames. Canvases come stretched on wood and ready to hang.
- All our posters are printed on high-quality 255 gsm (68 lb) professional paper using top-of-the-line equipment. If you prefer a different type of paper, please let us know, and we will provide a price quote.
- We can create each piece as either a print or a canvas. Prints come without frames (please contact us for frame recommendations), while canvases come stretched on wood and ready to hang.
- Colors may vary slightly due to monitor variations!
- Smaller posters (5x7 and 8x10) are shipped flat, protected by two cardboards in a card envelope. Larger posters are rolled and shipped in mailing tubes. Our professional-quality paper is not affected by rolling and will flatten easily.
Canvases come stretched on wood, ready to hang (no frames), they are shipped in boxes.

The posters are beautiful and Celine was wonderful to work with. There was a mix up with the original package over the holidays and she immediately sent a replacement via UPS, no questions asked. In hindsight, I wish I had requested a size other than 11x17, because evidently that is not a standard frame size but the seller would have accommodated any size I requested so this is more of an FYI to others and not a complaint about the shop or product, which is beautiful and exactly as described!
